When you purchase something from our online boutique you can expect the same outstanding customer service that you will receive when you visit our "brick & mortar"boutique. Once your order is processed we will get back to you within 24 hours by phone or email.
- Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm that we can ship the style that you have ordered in plenty of time for you to receive it before your wear date (during the checkout process you will be asked to enter the exact date that you will be wearing the item).
- We will confirm that you have selected the correct size by comparing the measurements you have provided to us during the checkout process with the size specifications on the designer's size chart
- It is our goal to do everything possible to assure that you will be satisfied with your purchase
- For this reason, and in conformance with accepted Evening wear guidelines, we cannot accept any returns on online purchase.

If our website is discovered to have an incorrect price we will correct the price immediately and inform any customer(s) that may have ordered this item, that the item cannot be sold at the incorrect price. We will not honor prices that are incorrectly posted on our website.

More often an item that you purchase for a particular wear date may require expedited shipping sizes. Since these charges may vary we will contact you should this be the situation with your purchase. We will confirm all and any additional fees for any reason with you before we charge your credit card.
